Your first contact will is their Customer Service or directly to their Project Consultant.
Om Decor will need your inputs:
Once your requirements are determined, will proceed with the interior design phase & budget proposal. Client can confirmed upon signing.
From there, Om Decor will generate all the necessary applications with relevant PE endorsements to the authorities to get approvalsl and legalise all the works.
Our project team will be activated with their respective supervisors to carry out the fit out renovation works. Clients will be updated on the site renovation progress and will also receive their progressive invoice reminder during the stages of renovation works.
Client will be notified on the handover date when the completion is closed. Please note that it will be Om Decor policy that Clients will required to make at least 95% of the payment this time.

Started as a Masonry Contractor, Ah Siang General Contractor (UEN: 27833000B) during the 80s.
Currently lead by 2nd generation team, Om Decor re-established in 2013 (UEN: 201325085H), a SME retail & office renovation ID contractor company has revolved and improved to meet customers' expectations and needs.
Focus on timeline & quality, aesthetic & space usability will also be their key consideration. Aim not only to meet clients' requirements, but ensure businesses to be more productive.
