- Key responsibilities includes visualising and sketching design plans as per client goals.

- Sourcing products and materials

- Determine costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.


Comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.


Good Interior Designers are able to think creatively about the use of space, color and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration. They will also be effective communicators with the ability to persuade in communicating a design idea.



  • Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

  • Create 'mood boards' to sample the design vision.

  • Source for materials & products - Implement into your design.

  • Discuss with PM on project requirements in the budgeting phase.

  • Set a timeline for the completion of a project.

  • Utilize computer applications during the design process.

  • Project management - schedule, coordinate and inspect during/after renovation works 


  • Minimum 2 years related experiences

  • Portfolio of your previous design work

  • Creative and flair for design

  • Good communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.

Good Sales / Accounts Executive must be good business acumen - focus, understanding, problem solving, understand finance and able to build good customer relationship.


  • Enquiries - Attend to call/email enquiries and fix appointments

  • Sales - Generates weekly sales report and backlogs

  • Accounts- Generate invoices and follow up with due payments

  • Manpower - Assist in recruitment and payrolls

  • Assist in other Ad Hoc works assigned


  • Minimum 2 years related experiences

  • Proactive and friendly disposition​

  • Dynamic and Good PR skills

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS office
