- Key responsibilities includes visualising and sketching design plans as per client goals.

- Sourcing products and materials

- Determine costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.

 

Comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.

 

Able to think creatively about the use of space, color and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration. They will also be effective communicators with the ability to persuade in communicating a design idea.

• Site Assessment

• Conceptualise and sketch design plans

• Create 'mood boards' to sample the design vision

• Source for materials & products - Implement into your design

• Set a timeline for the completion of a project

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years related experiences

• Diploma in Interior Design or Equivalent

• Initiative & self motivated

• Pleasant and positive
